Here's how our current production timelines work:
Your order will leave our Miami facility 10 business days after final approval, and will ship via UPS Ground.
The 10 business day clock starts after both payment is received and your proofs are fully approved.
If you need your order sooner, we also offer:

Once your order ships via UPS Ground, delivery typically takes 1-5 business days, depending on how close you are to our print shop in Miami, Florida.
Custom hat patches require significantly longer production time due to specialized manufacturing
Important: Patches Have Different Timelines
Unlike our standard embroidery and screen printing services which are done in-house, hat patches are custom manufactured items that require specialized production processes. This means they take considerably longer to produce.

If you need your order within our standard 5-10 business day timeframe, we recommend choosing embroidery or screen printing decoration methods instead. Both options are done in-house and qualify for our standard production timelines including Rush (7 days) and Super Rush (5 days) options.
When you place an order yourself through our site, you'll pay at checkout first.
After payment, your artwork enters our proofing queue.

For the free standard turnaround, your order will ship 10 business days after you approve your final proof for production.
